A CPO reveals she works from her bathroom because with three kids and two remote-working parents, it had the most closing doors - and that's the level of 'figured out' you should expect from anyone.
Ami Vora wanted to set expectations for her podcast appearance.
'I'll tell you how glamorous my lifestyle is. I'm currently working out of my bathroom. It's where I work from because I love my house, it's a great house, wasn't meant for work from home, three kids, two parents remote work, and it was just the place with the most closing doors between me and my children when the pandemic started.'
No one has it figured out.
'When I looked at people who were successful, they seemed to have everything figured out, especially the women. They were all super women, they respond to every email in 10 seconds, they didn't seem to sleep, they always wore high heels. And I was just like, oh, I guess I'm never going to be successful. That is not me.'
The most successful CPO you know is on a bathroom Zoom.
The parent who looks like they have it together is also losing their mind.
